 Sessions run for 60 minutes and are offered at my counselling office in Aberdeen or online (Teams/Zoom).
COUPLES COUNSELLING
  Sessions for couples run for 90 minutes and a complimentary initial consultation can be arranged by getting in touch with Grace to find out more before starting sessions.
An integrative approach is offered using the Gottman model, Emotionally Focussed Therapy, and Imago Therapy
